Created in collaboration with bassist Sting Miyamoto—who has been active in recording sessions and live performances with various artists—this is the second-generation model of the "Ultimate" bass gear, living up to its name.
While the first-generation "Ultimate" was unfortunately discontinued due to the end of production for its op-amp ICs, the second-generation "Ultimate 2," which surpasses that sound, has finally been completed.
Born from numerous revisions to the circuit design and component changes, the "Ultimate 2" retains the powerful sound character of the first generation while adding a touch of high-fidelity to achieve this upgrade.
In terms of attack speed and harmonic expression, it boasts unrivaled performance across all playing styles, including fingerstyle, pick-style, and slapping.
