Ishibashi Music strives to ensure every musician is satisfied with their purchase; however, if your gear isn't the right fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and include all factory packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Instrument
Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
