This signature model reproduces Eric Johnson’s Fuzz Face sound by carefully selecting BC183 silicon transistors—the heart of the fuzz—to achieve high gain.
Due to the modification to add a DC jack, battery operation is no longer possible. Additionally, the tip of the screw securing the back cover is slightly bent, making it somewhat difficult to open and close the back cover.
Two pots have been replaced due to defects, soldering issues have been corrected, missing screws have been installed, trims have been adjusted, and the unit has been inspected.
While there are signs of use such as scratches and dirt, there are currently no operational issues.
