This is the signature model of hide, who was active with X JAPAN and as a solo artist.
Features a basswood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
Equipped with two VH-401 pickups.
Controls include volume, a pickup selector, and a rear direct switch.
On the neck, there is a chip in the binding near the 4th string on the headstock, white stains around the brand logo, and scattered minor scratches and dents. On the body, there is paint peeling on the 1st string side of the neck joint, and cracks on both sides of the neck pocket that appear to reach the wood. The body top also shows a chip on the 6th string horn and near the jack, as well as numerous touch-up marks (presumably from a pen), dents, and scratches.On the back of the body, there is a paint crack approximately 5 cm long extending from the back panel toward the neck. Additionally, there is a paint crack spanning 16–17 cm near the back of the elbow, along with numerous touch-up marks (presumably from a pen), large dents, and numerous other dents and scuffs. The metal parts also show signs of peeling plating and tarnish, resulting in a heavily used exterior condition.
The instrument has been adjusted and cleaned at our repair center and is in perfect playing condition.
