[SN S885173] USED Fender / Precision Bass with Natural Maple Fingerboard, Manufactured in 1979 [09]
The body is ash, and the neck is one-piece maple.
There is some warping in the neck, but it currently has almost no effect on playability. It will be delivered as is.
We have replaced the pickup height adjustment shims and performed a fret leveling.
The bridge cover and pickup fence have been removed and are missing; screw holes remain in the body, and only the screw holes for the bridge cover still have screws in them.
The headstock has numerous scratches, dents, and areas of peeling finish. There is a step at the top of the skunk line on the back of the neck, and there are many areas on the fingerboard where the finish has peeled away, exposing the wood, which has turned black.
The body has numerous scratches and dents, and there is a roughly 5-centimeter bump in the finish above the neck joint. Rust, tarnish, and pitting are noticeable on the metal parts.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
