[SN 30 01] USED ESP / Angel Classic Jr AUBE 2000 Toshihiko Takamizawa Model [11]
Built to coincide with the 2000 “AUBE 2000” tour, only 30 units of this model were produced. Among them, this particular guitar bears the serial number “30 01,” making it one of the very first units. It goes far beyond being merely a limited edition item, exuding a strong sense of value as a collector’s piece.
In terms of sound, it features Seymour Duncan APH-1N (front) and SH-4 JB (rear) pickups, covering a wide range from thick, smooth clean tones to high-gain sounds with excellent clarity. The Floyd Rose bridge allows for expressive playing that makes full use of the tremolo arm.
Another appealing aspect of this guitar is that it is far easier to play than its appearance suggests, boasting practical specifications.
While drawing from the Angel series, this guitar goes beyond a simple downsizing; it embodies the concept of a stage guitar and serves as a model reminiscent of Mr. Takamizawa’s own stage guitar.
There is overall discoloration.
We have performed a re-lamination repair on the headstock veneer due to lifting. Additionally, the slight gap that could not be fully sealed has been repaired with Titebond.
