[SN 179 1965] USED Epiphone / Limited Edition John Lennon Revolution Casino Natural [12]
This is the Casino model inspired by John Lennon of The Beatles, the legendary rock icon.
Manufactured in 2000, this model was produced in a limited run of 1,965 units to commemorate the year Johnâs beloved guitar was made.
Available in two finishesâSunburst and Naturalâthis model features a Natural finish that replicates the look of the guitar after the original finish has been stripped.
It features the look familiar to fans from the "Revolution" video and the rooftop concert.
The satin-finished body, with its subtle flame grain, combined with its amber-toned patina, gives it a sophisticated, mature look.
ă»Reproduces the screw holes and dents left behind when the Kluson tuners were replaced with Grover tuners
ă»Features the same serial number as Johnâs beloved guitar, â328393,â printed on the back of the headstock and on the label
And much moreâa truly meticulous replica!
The light, airy sound of the hollow body is layered with the warm tone characteristic of USA-made guitars, allowing it to cover everything from Johnâs darker clean tones to his aggressive drive sounds from the later Beatles era.
Certificate featuring Johnâs iconic self-portrait, drawstring bag
Includes the black knob that John himself used on the front volume control.
All pots have been replaced with CTS units due to poor contact, and the bridge studs have been replaced due to deformation (original parts are included).
The frets have been dressed, but there is still plenty of height remaining for continued use.
The included hard case is made by TKL and fits the guitar well inside; however, since there is no visible illustration of John Lennon, it is unclear whether this is the original case.
While there are minor scratches and dents throughout, there are no major or conspicuous issues, and the guitar shows minimal signs of use and is in good condition.
It has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
