[SN 937120-135] USED GRETSCH / 6120SSU Brian Setzer Signature, 1993, Orange Stain [12]
We have received a 1993 Brian Setzer Signature Model, from the first year of its release.
Based on the Nashville 6120 that Setzer himself used, it comes standard with Diez knobs, Sperzel locking tuners, a Bigsby tremolo, and a strap lock, and has been tuned up for practical use.
The bridge has been replaced with a roller saddle model, though the original is missing.
It features a laminated flamed maple top, sides, and back, a maple neck, and an ebony fingerboard, and is equipped with two Filtertron pickups.
Controls include individual pickup volume knobs, a master volume knob, a pickup selector switch, and a tone selector switch.
It comes with the original white Tolex hard case and G-stamped control knobs, but the riveted strap, stickers, and picks are missing.
There are numerous buckle marks on the back of the body, and discoloration is visible on the body binding.
There are numerous scuffs scattered throughout the body, some plating has peeled off parts of the pickup covers, and there are black stains on the inside of the pickguard.
While it shows some signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
