USED Burny / HR-85 HIDE MODEL FN [12]
The HIDE Model HR was designed around 1998 as a new signature model to replace the MG.
The HR-KORINA, featuring luxurious Korina wood, was created for the hide MUSEUM(closed in 2005), the HR-KORINA was crafted using a generous amount of Korina wood. Following the HR-195 REBIRTH—a Honduran mahogany model produced in a limited run of 300 units in 2001—the HR-85 with a mahogany body was produced in a limited run of 500 units in 2002 as a more cost-effective version.
The guitar features a Fernandes original humbucker pickup, with controls consisting of a single volume knob, a pickup selector, and a direct switch—specs designed for the stage that allow you to focus on your performance.
Since these models are rarely listed on the second-hand market these days, if you’re looking for one, please take this opportunity to consider it!
There are scattered fine scratches and dents of various sizes throughout the instrument, and the neck grip and body elbow contour show some wear and shine from friction.
