This is a Mayer mouthpiece for alto saxophone. The engraving is almost completely gone, but it is a New York Mayer piece and is a medium chamber. The table stamp is gone, so the original facing and opening size is unknown, but it is equivalent to 5MM in actual measurement. It seems to have been refaced overall, but the original sound seems to have been retained. There are rubber burns and teeth marks, but there are no problems with use.
