Mayer mouthpiece for alto saxophone. It is a New York engraved piece. This one has been refaced and the facing is set to medium, so it is recommended for those who are looking for a 7MS or so. The baffle has been adjusted to make the best use of it, and it seems to be a little deeper toward the chamber. You can feel the speedy feeling of a small chamber and the glossy New York Meyer style. There are some teeth marks on the top of the chamber, but they do not affect the sound so much.
