A classic example of an unconventional guitar, this is the 1967-style Flying V. It features a mahogany body, mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard, 22 frets, and pickups stamped "Gibson USA."
The controls consist of 2 volume knobs, 1 tone knob, and a 3-way selector switch, faithfully reproducing the traditional specifications.
With excellent balance for standing play and an aggressive look, this model continues to be favored by numerous artists in the hard rock and heavy metal scenes; itβs a guitar that really shines with a driven sound.
The guitar has overall over-lacquering, significant discoloration and yellowing, and visible cracks in the finish in various places.
The frets have been refretted, and the strap pins have been replaced with Schaller locking pins.
There are minor buckle scratches and discoloration from a stand between the headstock and the body.
Condition: B: Shows significant wear and signs of use, but is in good working condition for normal use
