This is a Yamaha Western-style guitar, the FG-401W (1970s).
Featuring striking decorative inlays on the pickguard and an adjustable saddle, the FG-401W boasts a Japanese red pine laminated top, rosewood laminated sides and back, a soft V-shaped nato neck, a rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a 636-mm scale length, and gold TM-30G tuners.
