[SN 42340] USED K.Yairi / ARTIST MODEL FK-1, 1992, Natural [12]

[SN 42340] USED K.Yairi / ARTIST MODEL FK-1, 1992, Natural [12]

This model features a stylish medieval European-inspired design.
This Japanese-made guitar features a compact body with elegant purfling, rosette, and bridge designs, as well as striking floral carvings on the headstock.

The design of the headstock carving differs from the model currently available on the manufacturer’s website.

It is believed to feature a solid spruce top and maple laminated sides and back, but as there are no official specifications, this may not be accurate.
The neck is made of mahogany and is quite slender, while the fingerboard is made of ebony.

Although it has a small body, it has a good tone and is the perfect size for strumming in the living room.
There is a paint chip on the top of the body caused by a rice-grain-sized dent, and there are scattered dents in the center of the back.
Due to a high-bend condition on the neck, the high frets have been filed down significantly.
The saddle has been modified to adjust the string action, but for the low strings, lowering the action any further may cause the saddle to lose tension, potentially resulting in fret buzz.
The instrument has been set up at our repair center and is currently playable without any issues.
