[SN 205658] USED GIBSON USA / 1974 Les Paul Deluxe Sunburst [03]
Based on the serial and pot date, we have determined that it was made in 1974.
The Deluxe was first sold in 1969, a little after the Les Paul was re-produced, and has become increasingly popular and rare over the years due to its short production period compared to the full-size humbucker Les Pauls and the re-evaluation of the attractive tone that only a mini humbucker can provide!
It has "MADE IN U.S.A." under the serial number and the logo with i-dots in angular letters, which are typical specifications of this period.
The wood composition is typical of Gibson in the early 70s.
Two sticker-numbered mini-humbuckers are mounted on the PU.
Compared to full-size humbuckers, the tone is a little brighter and tighter, and it is very easy to handle as it is easy to produce picking nuance and good sound.
There is an additional sponge under the PU.
One Pot is dated 1974, and the other Pot is unreadable, but it is believed to be original.
The condition of the guitar has some dents on the fretboard surface, scratches, dings, weather checks, and peeling paint.
There is a sense of use commensurate with its age.
The guitar has been used for many years and has a vintage look.
The bridge, pickguard and its hardware, toggle plate, jack plate, 3 string pegs, frets, and nut have been replaced.
The first string peg is bent.
The 1st string peg is bent and the 4th and 6th strings are slightly tilted.
It is in good playing condition and sounds great because the frets and nut have been changed!
Please consider this opportunity!
