[SN 2 14911] USED Paul Reed Smith (PRS) / 1992 Custom 24 Bird 10Top Royal Blue Regular Neck [03]

A used 1992 Custom 24 10Top with a quilted maple top is in stock!
This is one of the specs similar to the early models with small heel and John Mann Company tremolo.

Custom 24
From its establishment in 1985 to the present day, the Custom 24, one of PRS's most popular models, has undergone numerous specification changes and has always been a leader in the music scene of its time. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of quilted maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
A regular neck shape with a nut width of approximately 42.0 mm is adopted. Recommended for those who prefer a firm grip with moderate thickness and width!

Hardware
The tuners are equipped with Winglock tuners.
These tuners feature a revolutionary wing-lock mechanism, an innovative design that makes string changes dramatically easier and faster. When changing strings, the strings can be easily removed by simply turning the wing part (the claw part), allowing for quick string changes.

The bridge is equipped with a tremolo unit made by the John Mann Company. Unlike current tremolos, the bridge base plate and saddle mount are a single piece construction.
Since the base plate is machined from a single piece of metal rather than a combination of multiple parts, the vibration transmission efficiency of the entire plate is extremely high, and sustain and overtones are considered to be rich.

Pickups
The HFS pickups are the classic "HFS, Vintage Bass," meaning "Hot, Fat, and Screams," and are an evolution of the original Standard Treble pickups. The HFS is a powerful pickup with a well-balanced attack, clear highs, strong mids, and powerful lows. The Vintage Bass also features a warm high-mid sound that is ideal for rock and jazz.

Condition
There are some paint chips on the outer edge of the body top, wood chips on the tip of the head, other dings and scratches, and parts are dull and rusty.

The neck, frets, truss rod, and other playing-related conditions are all in good condition.
The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition, and have been fully adjusted and fretted at our repair center upon arrival, so you can use it with confidence.
