Since its establishment in 1985, the Custom 24 has been one of PRS's most popular models, and has continued to lead the music scene of its time through numerous specification changes. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.
Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.
Neck Shape
Neck shape is "Pattern Thin" with wide and thin grip, recommended for those who play a lot of classic style or technical lead playing.
Pickups
The "59/09" pickups, also known as "the PAF of the PRS style" for their bright and punchy sound, are inspired by the 1959 humbuckers and use alnico 2 magnets for a clear and distinct sound that can be used for a wide range of sounds from clean to drive. It has an alnico 2 magnet, which provides a clear and crisp sound and can be used for a wide range of sounds from clean to drive sounds. The volume/tone controls allow for a more subtle tone to be expressed.

A 5-way blade switch is included to produce a very sparkling halftone sound that combines the common humbucker sound with a coil-split sound.
