This eye-catching guitar features a gold-colored body paired with an anodized pickguard and gold hardware!
Based on the 1956 Strat, it features an alder body and maple neck.
The fingerboard radius is 9.5", and the frets are wider than vintage-style ones.
The neck shape employs a soft V profile, but gradually rounds toward the higher frets, approaching a C shape. This provides a comfortable grip with minimal discomfort.
It incorporates a modern style that improves playability over vintage specs, making it a truly Custom Shop-like instrument.
The body color is gold. The pickguard is anodized gold, and other hardware like the bridge and tuners are also gold, creating a striking, premium look.
Furthermore, the "Journeyman Relic" finish applies weather checking and subtle dings across the entire body, giving it the distinguished character of a vintage Strat.
It features three pickups believed to be original 50s-style pickups.
Controls include a 5-way switch, master volume, front pickup tone, and center pickup & rear pickup tone controls.
It produces a crisp tone that is charming and characteristic of a Strat from this era.
Regarding its condition, there are areas on the body and headstock where scratches and dents are visible that are not part of the original relic finish.
Additionally, the headstock logo has partially peeled in some areas.
While there are signs of use, there are few major, noticeable flaws, and it blends seamlessly with the original relic finish.
