The rod cover may need to be replaced.
There are scratches from normal use. Discoloration is also visible on the binding and nut. While there are no issues with playability, the remaining fret height is on the low side. After this item arrived at our store, we replaced the strings with new ones and had our repair department clean, maintain, and set up all parts.
