We’ve just received a used 2013 Fender Custom Shop Michael Landau 1963 Stratocaster in Fiesta Red Over 3-Color Sunburst!
This is a masterpiece of a signature model, meticulously crafted to profile Michael Landau’s own instrument and incorporating every detail of the meticulous specifications found on the original. The body is made of lightweight alder, delivering a midrange that is neither too tight nor too loose, yet clearly defined, resulting in a tone balance that is easy to handle in both studio and live settings. It features Fat 50’s pickups wired by Josefa Campos.The combination of a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard, a 7.25-inch radius, and 6105 frets achieves a high level of balance between vintage feel and practicality. It offers excellent responsiveness during bending, naturally bringing out expressive playing. Since it was originally a Relic model, it’s difficult to determine the exact age of use, but it has been adjusted upon arrival and is in excellent playing condition.
Condition: B+: Some minor scratches, but no issues for normal use
