We’ve just received a used “Bygib” ES/ES-335 made by Terada Gakki!
This model, equipped with Gibson pickups, was produced from the late 1980s through the 1990s under an official Gibson license and named "Orville" after the company's founder, Orville Gibson.
It features a laminated hollow body, a mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, and nickel hardware. It is equipped with pickups bearing a patent number stamp.
There are paint cracks at the neck joint, numerous chips on the headstock tip, slight clouding on the headstock top, and some scuff marks. The finish on the truss rod cover is rough and loose.
Overall, this instrument shows signs of use, including scuffs, small dents, playing marks on the pickguard, and tarnish on the metal hardware.
