[SN US20000154] USED FENDER USA / American Professional Stratocaster Ash Body Natural [06]
The American Professional series, launched by Fender not as a vintage reissue but as an evolved modern standard. As the successor to the best-selling American Standard series, it boasts universal, versatile playability.
This model features an ash body, a configuration not found in the current American Professional II lineup. Its clear, punchy sound is characteristic of ash.
It features a Modern "Deep C" maple neck—slightly thicker than the current American Professional II—paired with a 9.5" radius maple fingerboard and a narrow-tall, 22-fret profile. The electronics include V-Mod single-coil Strat pickups with a Treble-Bleed circuit, and it’s equipped with a two-point-mounted synchronized tremolo.
There are scattered fine dents around the headstock perimeter and along the sides of the fingerboard, and numerous dents ranging from about 2 cm in size to very fine ones across the entire body. The dents on the body have caused the area around the cracks in the polyurethane finish to turn white. Additionally, there are cracks in the finish on both sides of the neck pocket.
There are also minor scratches, tarnish on the metal parts, and playing wear on the body top and pickguard.
It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival, and is in good playing condition.
