[SN ILZ213E] YAMAHA / PACIFICA PROFESSIONAL PACP12MBBB Beach Blue Burst [3.55kg] Yamaha Electric Guitar [08]

[SN ILZ213E] YAMAHA / PACIFICA PROFESSIONAL PACP12MBBB Beach Blue Burst [3.55kg] Yamaha Electric Guitar [08]

A high-end guitar offering versatile performance at the highest level

Characterized by the meticulous, solid construction typical of Japanese craftsmanship. Playing it, you can clearly feel it was assembled with total sound balance in mind. It's that well-finished.
Packed with appealing features like a compound radius fingerboard and high-quality pickups developed in collaboration with Rupert Neve Design, its sound is exceptionally clean and free of muddiness. String tension is perfectly balanced, with excellent low-string response.

Combined with the "Acoustic Design" and I.R.A. effect, the output feels notably larger compared to other guitars, and the response (curve) of the volume and tone controls is smooth. This allows for very precise tonal shaping. It also responds well to effects, and the ability to sculpt the tone using the volume and tone controls makes it a truly professional guitar that meets the demands of studio musicians. It offers value well beyond its price point.

1. Deeper Top/Back Contour Shape for Enhanced Playing Comfort
The back contour is designed deeper for a natural, comfortable fit when cradling the guitar. Furthermore, the top contour (where the elbow rests) has been changed from a straight shape to a rounded contour body, enhancing the arm contact point and overall fit.

2. Slim C Shape for Modern Playing Styles
Incorporating feedback from players in Japan and the US, the Slim C-shaped neck accommodates a wide range of styles, from lead to rhythm. The "Standard Plus" model features a 42.0mm TUSQ nut.
The precision roll-off finish on the fingerboard sides is high, with the neck thickness set at 20.0mm at the 1st fret and 22.4mm at the 12th fret. This achieves high playability with no stress, whether playing low chords or power chords.

The Professional series features a compound radius
Compound radius refers to a precision conical fingerboard profile where the radius gradually increases from the low to high positions (rounder in the low positions, flatter towards the high positions).
This design prevents string buzz during high-position bending and is recommended for players who prefer lower string action.

3. The Hi-Fi "Reflectone" Pickup, Developed in Collaboration with Rupert Neve Design
Developed and manufactured by Yamaha in collaboration with Rupert Neve Design, founded by Rupert Neve, creator of numerous legendary pro audio devices.
Utilizing Alnico V magnets, every aspect—from the number of turns and winding method to the height of the pole pieces—was researched and developed from the ground up. This achieves a highly balanced sound, combining powerful low end with sparkling highs.

4. Acoustic Design's Acoustic Analysis Technology
Yamaha's proprietary "Acoustic Design" process utilizes acoustic analysis and 3D modeling. It enriches the midrange by enhancing the coupled vibration between the body and neck, while reproducing tight, clear bass by adjusting the low-frequency vibration frequency.
The following processing has been applied:

・"Slit" processing on the body
・"Long-sawn" head and neck
・Improved control cavity cutting design (NC router cutting)

I.R.A. (Initial Response Acceleration)
A technique that applies vibrations specific to the finished guitar to relieve stress between the finish and wood. This achieves a tone reminiscent of a guitar played for many years.
