[SN P043357] USED Fender Japan / ST58-70TX 3TS with Custom Shop Josefina Hand-Wound Pickups [3.50 kg / Manufactured 1999–2002] Fender [08]

[SN P043357] USED Fender Japan / ST58-70TX 3TS with Custom Shop Josefina Hand-Wound Pickups [3.50 kg / Manufactured 1999–2002] Fender [08]

This guitar has been fitted with pickups by Josefa Campos, Master Pickup Winder at the Fender Custom Shop.

This is a Fender Japan Stratocaster ST58-70TX, manufactured between 1999 and 2002. It is a limited-production model finished in a '58-style design, featuring a one-piece maple neck, a three-tone sunburst finish, and an 8-screw single-ply pickguard. It has an alder body, mint-condition parts, and a 5-way selector switch.

With a niche aesthetic that recreates the look of the transitional era and a clear, balanced sound with a solid core, this is a truly captivating instrument.

Signs of use are visible (including minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, playing lines, picking marks, the characteristic flex of the 8-point pickguard, and tarnish or pitting on metal parts and screws). The zipper on the bottom of the case is defective and does not close completely.

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, and fret leveling). The fret heights are at a level suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions; it has been tested to operate within ±60° and is in good working order.
