[SN S1707095] USED SCHECTER / Progauge Series PS-S-ST Walnut [3.77 kg / Manufactured in 2017] Schecter [08]
[SN S1707095] USED SCHECTER / Progauge Series PS-S-ST Walnut [3.77 kg / Manufactured in 2017] Schecter [08]
It features a matte-finished ash body, an Angle 4-bolt joint, a maple neck, a maple fingerboard, SCHECTER MONSTER TONE ST pickups, and a volume/hi-cut/low-cut (push/pull coil split) control. It is equipped with SGR PEG tuners—which have a shorter shaft on the G-string side and do not require a string guide—and an SGR Original Tremolo bridge.
Its appeal lies in the crisp attack characteristic of ST-style ash bodies, the powerful, fat sound produced by the MONSTER TONE pickups, and the sound variations offered by the coil split.
Although there are some signs of use (scratches, wipe marks, picking marks, etc.), the overall condition is good.
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); operation has been confirmed up to ±60°.
