[SN 8 0229] USED Gibson / Les Paul Classic Modified Heritage Cherry Sunburst (1998) [09]
This is a 1998 Gibson Les Paul Classic that has had its pickups and other components modified.
Both pickups have been replaced with Seymour Duncan Antiquity Humbuckers, the tuners have been replaced with GOTOH locking tuners, and the two capacitors have been replaced with Orange Drop capacitors. The escutcheon, control knobs, and screws have also been replaced. Please note that the original parts are not included.
The nut slots have been corrected, loose frets have been fixed, and the frets have been leveled.
There are scuff marks and paint cracks on the headstock, uneven paint near the nut on the front of the headstock, and a crack near the screw hole on the truss rod cover.
There are scuff marks on the body, a step has formed near the junction between the body and the binding, and there is a crack in the finish near the jack plate.
The pickguard shows playing wear, and rust, tarnish, and pitting are noticeable on the metal parts.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
The lock mechanism on the included case is broken.
