A guitar that revives the 1951 "Nocaster," considered the origin of the Telecaster.
This is a 2000 model from Fender Custom Shop’s Time Machine series, featuring the 1951 Nocaster Closet Classic Honey Blonde finish.

It features the classic configuration of an ash body paired with a one-piece maple neck, emblematic of the Blackguard era.
It features a quick, dry attack and powerful mids, allowing you to fully appreciate the direct tone resulting from its simple construction.
The hand-wound '51 Nocaster pickups are characterized by harmonics that blend sharpness with a touch of grit, delivering a vintage-like sound that sets it apart from current models.

Finished in the Closet Classic style, this guitar features weather checking and a moderate patina that conveys a sense of age, while avoiding excessive distressing.

The controls feature vintage wiring that follows the specifications of the era.
It features a unique 3-way configuration distinct from modern Telecasters, allowing you to enjoy the distinctive tonal variations characteristic of early Telecasters, such as a direct signal from the neck position that bypasses the tone circuit and preset bass-heavy sounds.

And the neck material is particularly noteworthy.
The maple neck features striking flame patterns, and the three-dimensional grain that shifts depending on the angle exudes a strong presence.
