[SN 24011526886] USED Epiphone / Inspired by Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul Standard Iced Tea Burst [11]
Developed under the supervision of Gibson Custom, this instrument goes beyond mere visual reproduction, thoroughly adhering to vintage specifications in every aspect—from construction and electronics to components. It features the classic mahogany body with a maple top, enhanced with AAA-grade flamed maple veneer. Combined with the deep hue of the Iced Tea Burst finish, it results in a guitar with true character and presence.
The neck features a mahogany “59 Rounded Medium C” profile with a long neck tenon, providing a vintage-like grip and solid support for its rich tone.
In terms of electronics, the guitar is equipped with two Gibson Custombucker pickups—arguably its most distinctive feature. Furthermore, it incorporates authentic specifications such as CTS pots, Mallory capacitors, and ’50s-style wiring, producing a compelling tone with a wide dynamic range and excellent responsiveness to picking nuances.
The hardware is equally impressive, combining practicality with vintage appeal through features such as an ABR-1 bridge, a historic-style stop tailpiece, Switchcraft jacks and selector, and Kluson-style tuners. The finish has a subdued, VOS-style texture, giving the instrument a well-worn look despite being brand new.
There is a paint crack on the body top caused by an impact. Additionally, there are some minor scratches and dents, indicating light signs of use.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
