[SN CIJ R009850] USED Fender Japan / ST72-58US MOD Olympic White [11]
This particular guitar has the serial number CIJ R009850 and is believed to have been manufactured between 2004 and 2006.
The body is made of basswood, offering a lightweight and easy-to-handle feel. The neck features a bolt-on maple construction, and the rosewood fingerboard—combined with a vintage-style 7.25-inch radius—recreates the authentic playing feel of a Stratocaster from that era.It features a 25.5-inch long scale and is equipped with a synchronized tremolo system. While faithfully reproducing the overall design of a 70s Stratocaster—including the large headstock and three-point neck joint—it is characterized by the stable craftsmanship typical of Japanese-made instruments.
All pickups have been replaced: the front features a black bobbin with lead wire, the middle features a two-core gray vinyl wire, and the bridge features a black-and-white vinyl wire pickup. The manufacturer and model numbers for all of these are unknown.
The control system uses ECM pots, and the capacitors are vintage-style Circle D-marked units. Additionally, conductive paint has been applied inside the cavity to enhance noise reduction.
There are paint cracks near the controls and on the lower part of the body.
Otherwise, there are some minor scratches and dents, and it shows moderate signs of use.
While the 6th string side of the neck is straight, the 1st string side has a slight reverse bow, resulting in a mild twist. It has been adjusted with 10-46 gauge strings and is currently nearly straight, posing no issues for playing. The truss rod is completely loose.
