USED Fender USA / FSR Deluxe Vintage Player '57 Stratocaster Vintage Blond [11]
Featuring an ash body with a Thin Skin Nitro finish, this guitar offers vintage-like tone and the appeal of natural aging. The combination of the Vintage Blonde color and gold hardware creates a luxurious finish reminiscent of the so-called “Mary Kaye” style.
Featuring a one-piece maple neck, a 9.5" radius fingerboard, and 22 frets, it offers vintage styling with a very modern playability. The natural grip of the soft V-shaped neck is another appealing feature.
It is equipped with Samarium Cobalt Noiseless (SCN) pickups. These pickups retain the characteristic clarity of a Stratocaster while significantly reducing noise, resulting in a versatile, practical tone that is easy to handle from clean to driven sounds. Furthermore, the S-1 switch allows for a wide range of tonal variations.
With an American Vintage-style look and thoroughly enhanced practicality, this FSR model is a hidden gem known only to connoisseurs. With few units on the market, it is a highly collectible instrument.
The neck plate bears the Fender logo but lacks a serial number, so it may have been replaced. Additionally, the plate shows slight rust and discoloration resembling oil stains due to age.
The pickguard mounting screws have been replaced due to age-related deterioration. (Original parts included.)
The S-1 switch has a slight catch when returning to the off position, but this does not affect its current functionality.
The pickguard shows minor shrinkage due to age, resulting in slight lifting and misalignment of the screw positions.
The back panel shows sun-faded sticker marks, and there is black color transfer on the lower part of the body.
Otherwise, there are some minor scratches and dents, tarnished metal parts, and peeling plating—all signs of age-appropriate wear—but no noticeable damage that significantly detracts from the appearance.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in good playing condition.
