[SN MIJ JD3022659] USED Fender / FSR Made in Japan Traditional II 50s Stratocaster 2-Tone Sunburst [11]
Based on the domestic production line “Made in Japan Traditional II 50s Stratocaster,” this guitar was crafted as a special custom order by a music store.
While basswood is typically used in standard models, this guitar features an ash body. It delivers a crisp attack and clear high-end response, offering a specification that truly captures the dry Stratocaster sound characteristic of the 1950s style.
It is equipped with a Fender Custom Shop “Custom ’54 Stratocaster Pickup.” Its appeal lies in the subtle nuances unique to low-to-medium output, glass-like highs, and excellent separation when playing chords, producing a particularly pleasant tone in the clean and crunch ranges.
Furthermore, the internal components have been carefully selected, featuring CTS pots and a 5-way selector switch by OAK Grigsby. Combined with a round-type string guide and a “Spaghetti” logo without the “Patent” inscription, the guitar boasts a look inspired by the early 1950s style.
With a 9.5-inch radius fingerboard and easy playability, this guitar successfully balances a vintage-like vibe with practicality.
While there are a few minor scratches, the guitar is in generally clean condition with minimal signs of use.
There are no noticeable issues with the neck, and it is in excellent playing condition.
