[SN 9081842] USED Orville / LPS-75, 1989 Cherry Sunburst [12]
We have received a Les Paul Standard from "Orville," a Gibson-authorized Japanese brand that was distributed in Japan from the late 1980s to the late 1990s.
Based on the serial number, this guitar is believed to have been manufactured in 1989.
Like the original Gibson, it features a maple top and mahogany back body, with a set-neck joint, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
The pickups have been upgraded: the front pickup has been replaced with a SEYMOUR DUNCAN APH-1n, and the rear pickup with a SEYMOUR DUNCAN SH4 (JB).
There are numerous scratches and dents of varying sizes scattered throughout the body, and the hardware shows some tarnish.
While it shows signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
