The "Yellow Heart"—a design synonymous with HIDE—has been scaled down. The Barney/MG Yellow Heart Junior carries on the legacy of Fernandes’ world-renowned “ZO-3” mini-guitar, featuring a built-in speaker.
As it is made in Taiwan, this is a model manufactured prior to 2000.
Thanks to its smaller size, it’s safe and easy to use for people with small hands and children alike. It’s a popular series that’s highly valued not only as a room decoration but also as a casual side guitar, and even as a gift for celebrations.
Although it is an electric guitar that requires no amplifier and is sure to perform well outdoors with just a 9V battery, it is equipped with pickups, a selector switch, and a jack just like a standard electric guitar, so it can also be connected to an amplifier and used as a conventional electric guitar.
There is paint peeling at the tip of the headstock and the body end, and there is a large dent on the body top.
Overall, there are scattered fine scratches and dents, and the hardware shows some tarnish.
