★“Paradise in Art”/Steve Vai’s new signature model, the 『PIA3761』
The pinnacle of guitar craftsmanship achieved by guitarist Steve Vai!!

Steve himself describes the “PIA3761” as “the evolution of the JEM” and has named this signature model “PIA: Paradise in Art.”
While the body is made of alder, just like the JEM, the body design incorporates new, meticulous details in the body edges, contours, and horns.

~Features~
The symbolic “Petal Grip,” designed to evoke the image of petals nestled together
The grip design, featuring two petals nestled together, is likely the most striking feature of the PIA.
Steve views this as a visual representation of two things coming together to create a synergistic effect, and considers it an important symbol of unity, friendship, and solidarity between people.

Like the JEM, the PIA features a 5-piece maple/walnut neck shaped to Steve’s preferred grip.

The “PIA Blossom inlay,” which, along with the grip, serves as the signature artwork of the Steve Vai model
In addition to the Tree of Life inlay—a trademark of the JEM—this new inlay was designed exclusively for the PIA, featuring the elegant and beautiful botanical designs that frequently appear in Steve’s own artwork.
The fingerboard is made of rosewood, and the side position markers feature glow-in-the-dark Luminlay.

Scalloped Fretboard (21st–24th Frets)
The fingerboard features a scalloped profile that scoops out the high-fret area.
The frets are jumbo-sized stainless steel frets with Prestige fret edge treatment.

"USA-made DiMarzio® UtoPIA™ Pickups" designed for the PIA
These custom pickups were designed based on the tone preferences Steve has favored in recent years, aiming for smoother highs, scooped mids, and a defined low end.
All pickup covers feature beautiful decorations that perfectly match the guitar’s design concept.

Edge Tremolo Bridge
The Edge, Ibanez’s original tremolo system, has been a favorite of Steve’s for over 30 years.
In addition to its excellent access to the saddle adjustment bolts, the Lions’ Claw cavity design—a signature feature—is adopted here just as it is on the JEM.

"Magnetic Tremolo Cavity Plate" that can be attached and removed without mounting screws
The cavity plate on the back of the tremolo, shaped like a petal, is screwless and can be easily attached or removed.
